Mangalore Independent PU College believes in a holistic approach to learning. It offers all-round development of the students’ mind and body. The curriculum focuses on the expansion of domain knowledge and on learning new skills.

The requirement was to generate solar power sufficient for supporting the entire college campus. Kaval Power installed a 70 kWp solar power system which generates 86,400 units of electricity annually. This directly powers the college campus, including classrooms, laboratories and office. This installation has helped to reduce the cost of electricity and has also created awareness among the students about green energy.
